In midst of the increasing case of COVID-19, the University of Rajasthan has decided to extend summer vacation till June 30.
The circular has been shared among the affiliated colleges and dedicated departments.
The announcement also mentions, although the colleges’ premises will remain close to the students, faculty, staffs and administration, the head of the departments and principal of the colleges will not be allowed to leave the campus and should be available on calls.

The instructions has been conveyed to the teachers to conduct the online classes in order to complete the rest of the pending syllabus for graduation and post-graduation course.
Earlier, Rajasthan recorded a breaking number of COVID-19 cases taking the tally to 7,38,786. Considering the abnormal situation and difficulties faced by the students, the authority decided to extend the summer vacation date.
