Universities, Colleges and Schools to reopen in Bihar: 50 per cent Attendance Allowed

According to the guidelines issued by the Additional Chief Secretary, Sanjay Kumar, colleges and universities in Bihar will reopen today with 50 per cent capacity.

Students will be allowed to attend physical classes on alternate days. In schools, classes for the 11th and 12th will partially resume from July 12.

“Bihar is opening its universities, colleges and class 11th and 12th with 50% attendance on alternate days and full COVID safety protocol 12th July onwards.” said Additional Chief Secretary, Sanjay Kumar.

In the meeting of the Disaster Management Group held on Monday, it was decided that more relief would be given to the people in Unlock 5, under which colleges and schools would be opened with 50% attendance.

The opening of colleges and school will take place in phase manner.
