Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will conduct the JAM ’22 on Sunday, February 13, 2022.
Joint Admission Test is a national level engineering competitive exam. The qualified student takes admission into M.Tech or M.E courses. This year, the examination will be conducted by IIT Roorkee. Every year more than one lakh aspirants appear for this examination. JAM scores 2022 will also be applicable for admission to integrated PhD programmes at IISc Bangalore.

The application window for form filling will start from August 30, the last date for filling the application form online is October 10. The examination will be conducted in an online mode. The admit cards of the eligible candidates will be available through the official portal by January 4, 2020. The result of the examination will be released on March 22, 2020.

Examination Pattern
The pattern of the examination will be similar to the last year. The examination will be conducted through computer-based mode. The questions will be objective type; Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ), Numerical Answer Type (NA), Multiple Select Questions (MSQ).
Joint Admission Test ’22 will have seven papers mainly; Biotechnology (BT), Chemistry (CY), Economics (EN), Geology (GG), Mathematics (MA), Mathematical Statistics (MS), and Physics (PH).
The examination scores are valid only for 12 months. The scores will also be used by other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions such as NITs, IIEST Shibpur, SLIET Punjab, and IISERs for admission to their postgraduate programmes.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate should have B.tech or B.E degree. JAM ’22 is open to all nationals and there’s no age restriction. Candidates belonging to the General/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category must have at least 55% aggregate in Bachelors. How to Fill application form
A candidate has to first register on JAM 2022 application portal, by providing his/her name, a valid E-mail address, a working mobile number and a password. The portal to fill the application form will be accessible to the candidates soon.
