The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) ’21 June Session examination application process begins today.
National Board of Examination conducts FMGE screening test to provide provisional or permanent registration certificates to the eligible medical graduates by the National Medical Commission or State Medical Council. Interested students can apply through the official portal.
The examination will take place through online mode only. The last date for filling the form is May 6. The students should go through the guidelines laid down for the FMGE examination by NBE such as; eligibility criteria, fee structure, course curriculum etc.
The portal for the registration process will be activated by April 16.

Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must be a citizen of India or an Indian overseas citizen (IOC). The candidate must possess a primary medical qualification. The primary medical certificate should be confirmed by the Indian Embassy authorities.
To attain a provisional or permanent registration from the NMC or SMC, candidates need to secure minimum qualifying marks. One must obtain at least 150 marks out of 300 to qualify the FMGE ’21 June session.
According to official notification from the National Board of Examinations (NBE), the examination will be conducted on June 18.
