As per the latest development, a student studying in any part of India will now have access to audio and video lecture and higher education study material ‘Digital Library’ prepared by experts.
The higher education department launched the UPEDL with deputy chief minister Dinesh Sharma inaugurating it on October 28, enable the student to access high-quality content material free of cost.
“Digital library is a unique initiative in higher education. Now, students can access the study material created by experts from anywhere and anytime and hence education will not be confined to the boundaries of campuses and time”, said Dinesh Sharma
The digital library will offer students a highly rich collection as around 1700 teachers and 23 state University have already uploaded over 3500 e-content on the digital portal.
