Allahabad University students can check the details for change in semester examination through the official website.
The university has decided to defer the semester examination for students due to the rise in COVID-19 cases. Also, certain students will be promoted as per university norms.
Earlier, the university committee held a meeting to understand the situation of the semester examination, as if might not the possibility to conduct the examination due to a pandemic. The semester exam was scheduled to start on April 3, however, it got delayed due to obvious reasons. The committee chaired by the University’s Vice-Chancellor Rajiv Ranjan Tewari decided to defer the examination date.
Also, the students of undergraduate courses, intermediate semester students of postgraduate and professional courses will be promoted to higher semester without giving exams.
